9 Home Remedies for Wrinkles!

Egg Whites
This light breakfast food contains B-complex vitamins that can help tighten your skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. For a quick facial before a night on the town, beat 2 egg whites together, apply a dab under each eyelid, massage and let sit for 30 minutes. Wash your face with cool water, pat dry and you're ready to go!










Coconut Oil
You'll often find this antioxidant-packed oil in sunscreens and moisturizers, but to maximize its full potential, use it in its purest form! Combine virgin coconut oil with a few drops of vitamin E oil and apply before you go to bed. Your skin will actually regenerate overnight!













Pineapple
If you have some extra pineapple in your fridge, use it on your face! This tropical fruit contains powerful enzymes that moisturize the skin and kill dead skin cells! Chop up a couple of slices, lay back and let that powerful juice seep into your skin for 10 –15 minutes.














Lemon Juice
The strong exfoliating properties in the acidic juice help fade wrinkles by killing off dead cells from the skin’s outer layers. Apply a small amount of juice (the size of a quarter), and watch your skin instantly soften! Lemon juice is also a great remedy for drying up pimples!














Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds (or pepitas) are not only a yummy treat to snack on, the vitamin E in them encourages the formation of collagen and protects against free radicals, restoring the health of your skin cells. Try crushing up a handful, mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil, for a moisturizing and soothing facial!














Green Apple
An apple a day keeps the wrinkles away! Green apple juice is loaded with an array of vitamins and contains acids that help gently exfoliate your skin. Blend a few green apple slices with two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of plain yogurt (a great skin cleanser) and leave on for about 20 minutes. Your skin will feel refreshed and you’ll smell good too!











Turmeric and Sugar Cane
Turmeric, a member of the ginger family, has been used for centuries by the Chinese and Indians to help heal wounds and prevent disease, but it’s also a great wrinkle reducer! Turmeric contains a powerful source of antioxidants that can actually make lines fade! Mix 100 milligrams of turmeric powder with 10-15 drops of sugar cane juice and apply as a paste on affected areas. Once dry, rinse off with warm water and moisturize. You’ll see a difference almost instantly!










Avocado
It's no secret avocado is rich in vitamin E! These creamy fruits contain at least 14 minerals essential for skin care, and pack a hydrating, healing and nourishing punch! Combine 1 egg yolk, half of an avocado and 1 tablespoon of honey for a healing mask -- leave on your skin for 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water. For an extra deep cleanse, first wash and exfoliate your skin with an egg white or green apple juice!










Papaya
Papaya is another tropical fruit that fights the appearance of wrinkles and blemishes! Its plentiful supply of potassium, fiber, folate and magnesium promotes smooth, radiant skin that helps reduce signs of aging! Blend 2 tablespoons of papaya pulp with a spoonful of dry oatmeal to make a wrinkle-reducing mask, apply and leave on for about 10 minutes to watch this superfood work its magic on your skin!

What men really want to hear from you

Don’t get me wrong: In general, men are in awe of women’s date-night conversation skills — which are, hands down, far superior to their own. Even so, though, you ladies do still insert your stiletto’d foot in your mouth every once in awhile — or, conversely, miss prime opportunities to make a remark that would raise your stock in our eyes. Curious about whether you’ve got the right choice phrases in your back pocket and avoiding the bad ones? Check out this list of things guys love (and hate) to hear on a date!

Five things men love to hear on a date:

1. “Then what happened?”
It’s only human for a man to want to think that his life is reasonably interesting. And while interrupting him, changing the subject, or acting bored are well-known nails in the conversational coffin, it’s not enough to just sit there, smile and say “uh-huh” every few seconds. Actively egg him on with comments like, “You’re kidding! What happened next?” or “Go on...” That way, he’ll know you’re genuinely interested versus just being polite.

2. “That’s pretty impressive.”
Maybe he placed in a local triathlon recently or got a promotion at work, or he figured out how to fix his air conditioner by himself. Whatever he’s done, if he’s mentioning it on a date, he’s most likely proud of it — and if you feed his ego by applauding his efforts, you’ll make him feel like a king.

3. “Thank you.”
No doubt about it, manners matter — and are sorely lacking in today’s less formal dating scene. Tap into your inner Emily Post, and it’s sure to make you stand out. So, thank him when he tells you that you look pretty tonight. Thank him for paying for dinner. Thank him for walking you to your car. It’s such a small thing, but it’ll make a huge difference to him.

4. “What do you do when you’re not at work?”
Although a man’s job might be of primary importance, he also has other things in his life that he values. Does he juggle? Work on his car? Play an instrument? With a little probing, a woman can hit upon hidden passions — and convey that she’s interested in getting a complete picture of him as a person and not just what he does to earn his paycheck.

5. “I’d like to get your opinion on something.”
It’s the damsel-in-distress call, and it’s pure catnip for men... and that’s because we love feeling useful, and seeking our advice definitely fits the bill in that regard. So whether you need tips on buying a digital camera or how to handle a tricky situation with your boss, he’ll be glad to help you. (He will be less eager, however, to comment on shopping, knitting or his dating past...but you already knew that.)

Five things men hate to hear...

1. “My last boyfriend...”
All we can say is, why? Why mention that your ex was a jerk to your date? Why mention that you and your ex are pals? Why mention your ex, period? Whatever you say, all we will hear is, “I’m out with you, but I’m still thinking a lot about another man.” Although men like to compete, they don’t like to do it on a date with men who aren’t even in the same room.

2. “Do you mind if I take this call?”
Of course we mind! We won’t say that we do, but trust me, we do. So unless it’s a dire emergency involving your kids or grandmother on her deathbed, let your voicemail pick up instead. An hour paying attention to your date won’t kill you, right?

3. “So how do you feel about abortion?”
This type of question is known among men as a “litmus test” — a touchy topic that women raise to gauge whether we’re politically, morally, or spiritually on the same page as themselves (the death penalty, gay marriage, and the war on terror also fit the bill). Sure, we probably have strong opinions, but we’re not interested in getting into them with you; at least, not yet. After all, this is a date, not debate club. Let’s have fun and save more heated back-and-forth discussions for later.

4. “And then I found this cute pair of sandals...”
Granted, you and your girlfriends can spend hours gushing about shopping, shoes, and new hairstyles, but you’re not out with your girlfriends right now. You’re out with a guy, remember? And since we wouldn’t subject you to talk about stocks or our favorite sports teams, please, do us the same favor.

5. “How do you feel about having a family?”
Pop this question during those first few dates, and most men will assume your biological clock is ticking fast — and that’s not a good thing. It’s not that we don’t want families; in fact, many of us do — it’s just that we like to get to know a woman first before doing so. And we also like to know you that like us as more than just as a potential baby-making machine. After all, where’s the romance in that?

‎'' BANANAS...'' A very interesting FACTS

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!...
This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again.

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

DEPRESSION:
According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS:
Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

ANEMIA:
High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

BLOOD PRESSURE:
This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

BRAIN POWER:
200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

CONSTIPATION:
High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

HANGOVERS:
One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

HEARTBURN:
Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

MORNING SICKNESS:
Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

MOSQUITO BITES:
Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

NERVES:
Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system..

Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

ULCERS:
The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

Many other cultures see bananas as a 'cooling' fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has FOUR TIMES the protein, TWICE the carbohydrate, THREE TIMES the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals.. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, 'A BANANA a day keeps the doctor away!'
